BLONDIE - I had to HAVE Plastic Surgery to Boost My Career!

Debbie Harry (Blondie) has defended her decision to undergo cosmetic surgery, citing "business reasons" for the procedures.
The Heart Of Glass singer admits taking steps to preserve her good looks was "something she had to do" and believes going under the knife boosted her career. She says, "Everybody knows that I've had plastic surgery. I did it for business reasons. You photograph better, and looks are a key part of being an entertainer, so I felt it was something I had to do. All sorts of horrific things happen in life - why make it worse by worrying about getting older? Do some charity work, or learn a new skill instead."

At least she is honest about doing it. It is so pathetic when celebrities lie about having plastic surgery, because it is so obvious when they do!
