Waitress star Keri Russell and boyfriend Shane Deary welcomed their first child, a son, her rep confirms. River Russell Deary was born June 9 in New York. The birth was announced on Monday. Russell, 31, who gained fame on TV's Felicity, now appears in the hit indie romantic comedy Waitress.

Paris's medical condition is still being "assessed" in prison. She is said to be "stable". However, Paris' undisclosed medical condition is still being monitored.Los Angeles County Sheriff spokesperson Steve Whitmore said: "Her assessment is ongoing, but her condition is still stable. "From here, it will be determined by medical staff whether an inmate can be moved back into the original module (cell block) where they were before. I don't know when that day will be, it's a day-by-day situation." Whitmore also announced Paris will still be eligible for early release. He said: "Ms. Hilton has been cooperative since her incarceration. Her good time/work time credit is accruing."

The pop star, who admits he was close to financial ruin when disloyal advisors attempted to take advantage of him, has singled out his older brother Randy's close friend as one of the main culprits.Jackson, who was found not guilty on 10 accounts of child abuse, says he was only saved after Reverend Jesse Jackson and billionaire Ron Burkle advised him.Jackson's revelations appear in a sworn deposition he gave last July for a federal lawsuit, set to go to trial this week.He alleges Don Stabler, Randy's close associate, attempted to get him to sign a deal that would see him lose a large part of his fortune.However, Jackson refused after Burkle warned him not to.In one transcript, obtained by the New York Daily News newspaper, Jackson recalled: "I vehemently told them, 'No, I am not signing this.'""And I just remember how angry, the intensity of the anger in the room. Britney Spears Sues Over Nut Job Billboard
Britney Spears is threatening legal action against a Florida radio station that used a bald-headed photo of her onbillboards that appear to call her sanity into question. In a June 14 letter to Clear Channel Communications lawyer Donna Schneider, Spears's counsel claims that the billboards promoting the MJ Morning Show were "outrageous to the extreme" and demanded their removal.
The three outdoor advertisements pair a paparazzi photo of a bald, snarling Spears with a picture of WFLZ morning show host Todd Schnitt (who uses the air name MJ Kelli). They are headlined, "Total Nut Jobs," "Shock Therapy," and "Certifiable."
According to the star's lawyer, Spears's "likeness has a multi-million-dollar value for authorized commercial exploitations" and, as a result, she is entitled to "very substantial damages" from Clear Channel.
Lindsay Lohan Cancels Her Birthday Party
Lindsay Lohan's rep has annouced that she has canceled her 21st birthday party, originally scheduled at PURE nightclub in Las Vegas on July 2."The party was canceled officially over two weeks ago. We were confused why PURE was even still promoting it," says Lohan's rep. "But Lindsay will not be having the birthday party at PURE and is focusing on her recovery 100 percent.”
As source tells Us that PURE let Lohan out of their deal, even though she had been paid and signed a contract, because Lohan has agreed to make a future appearance.

Lindsay Lohan won't have to get behind the wheel of a car when she comes out of rehab. She is being offered a free service to ensure she gets from nightclubs to her home safely, without the threat of a DUI or car crash. New York-based company Georgi is coming to the star's help and will provide Lindsay with a free service the next time she leaves Teddy's, Hyde, Winston's or anything other celeb hotspot.
The service will also be offered to Paris Hilton.
Bob Barker backs Rosie O'Donnell for 'The Price is Right'
Bob Barker endorsed his friend Rosie O'Donnell as a possible successor on "The Price Is Right," although the newly retired host isn't sure CBS wants a woman to take over the game show."I believe they're going to have a meeting with Rosie," Barker said backstage Friday night at the Daytime Emmy Awards, where he won his 19th trophy.
"She knows the show," he said. "There's no doubt in my mind she could do the show. Now, whether they want a lady host, I don't know. I've never heard that discussed. As far as I know, they've only auditioned men." Barker said his friendship with O'Donnell goes back several years, when she had him as a guest on her old daytime talk show.
"She told me she loved 'The Price Is Right' and wanted to host it one day," he recalled.

Paris made a special gift for her visiting dad Sunday – a Father's Day card. Rick and Kathy Hilton arrived at the Century Regional Detention Center in Lynwood, Calif., in a chauffeured silver Chrysler just after 7 p.m. on Sunday. On their way in, Rick was asked if this was a particularly hard Father's Day. "It's not ideally my best," he replied. Asked how he felt, he said: "I feel alright." After a 45-minute visit, they emerged hand in hand, and Kathy told reporters that Paris is "doing well, she's doing very well. She's doing much better. She made [Rick] a beautiful Father's Day card with his picture." One reporter asked Rick if the visit was a positive one. "Yes," he said. "It was." Before they got into their car, Kathy was asked what her daughter was doing to pass the time. She quipped: "She looks at the four walls, and reads some nice fan mail."
