Paris has standing offer to POSE for PLAYBOY!

Paris is not worried about finding jobs when she gets out of jail, but Playboy's man of all men, Hugh Hefner, says the heiress can always find a gig with him. Hugh told Access Hollywood that he would love Paris to pose to for his mag, and apparently has approached her in the past.

"That's a standing offer. I think the problem quite frankly is mama. Mama doesn't want her to pose." So Hef blames Kathy Hilton for the lack of Paris on his pages, but he doesn't fault The Jailed One for her wrong-doings. "I think to some extent [Paris] lives in a celebrity bubble," he reasoned. "I don't even think she was aware of the fact she was breaking the law. I think it's sad."

Former foes Larry Birkhead and Howard K. Stern sat side-by-side in a courtroom Tuesday as a commissioner admitted Anna Nicole Smith's will to probate and ordered that Birkhead, father of the late model's daughter, would be guardian of the estate while Stern serves as executor of her will. "The will dated July 30th, 2001, is admitted to probate," said Superior Court Commissioner Mitchell L. Beckloff.

Lindsay Lohan Has Found the Light

Michael Lohan is once again talking about his daughter's recovery. In an interview on The Insider, the outspoken Dad says he's pleased with his daughter's progress. "Lindsay has found this righteous path because she's going to church and that's a good sign."

The cancellation of her 21st birthday party at PURE in Las Vegas also comes as good news for him. Michael Lohan tells The Insider, "it was absurd and thank God she called it off."

A recovering alcoholic himself, Lohan has been vocal about his ex-wife's parenting skills and his daughter's need for structure.
