Nick Lachey : What's The BIG DEAL?

Nick Lachey has dismissed the scandal surrounding photographs of his hot-tub frolics with girlfriend Vanessa Minnillo. He would understand the outrage if he was caught with a prostitute, but as he was with his own girlfriend he can't understand the fuss.

"Where's the scandal? "I was in Mexico with my girlfriend celebrating our first anniversary together on a private vacation. It's not like I was caught with a Mexican hooker. We've all gone out and had a few too many and done something stupid. We've all made mistakes."

Despite laughing off the incident, the singer has still taken legal steps to prevent the explicit photographs from being released.

Go TO REHAB or GO to JAIL! Pete Doherty is not having a GOOD DAY!

Poor Pete, first Kate Moss changed the locks on the heavy wrought iron gates to her home in north London yesterday while Doherty has moved back to the flat he owns in Hackney, East London.

Then the judge in court today warned him he could be jailed. She said: "It seems there has not been much difference in his use of drugs. The reality is that the community order has very little effect." Pete was told "It is rehab or jail."

He is really not having a great couple of day. Perhaps someone is telling him to sober up! However, I think he will end up being sent to Jail.
